1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “T&C”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) and Jeevanrashi (“Jeevanrashi”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended.
By visiting, accessing, browsing, registering on jeevanrashi.com (the “Platform”), or utilizing any of our automated Kundli calculations, AI Astrologer chats, downloadable reports, or store offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our integrated Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.
2. Entertainment, Self-Reflection & Astrological Beliefs Disclaimer
Vedic astrology (Jyotish Shastra), planetary calculations (Graha Sthiti), Lahiri Ayanamsa, and Nakshatra systems are traditional, interpretive systems rooted in ancient cultural and spiritual traditions.
- Entertainment & Motivation Only: The platform is designed solely for self-reflection, motivation, and entertainment. No content constitutes empirical scientific proof.
- No Professional Substitute: Astrological predictions or messages shall never replace licensed medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, legal counsel, or financial advice.

3. AI-Generated Insights & Algorithmic Nature
All automated charts, interactive chat readings, and downloadable digital dossiers are synthesized using algorithmic computational astronomy (incorporating standard Swiss Ephemeris / Lahiri Ayanamsa datasets) and artificial intelligence large language models.
While planetary positions (degrees, houses, divisional charts) are mathematically calculated to high astronomical precision, accompanying narratives, remedy suggestions, and personality descriptions are generated via AI models trained on classical texts. AI interpretations may occasionally reflect creative nuances or generalizations.
4. User Eligibility & Account Registration
To use Jeevanrashi, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 or the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
- All birth data entered (full name, date of birth, accurate birth time, and birth location/coordinates) is truthful, accurate, and submitted with legitimate authorization.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials (Google OAuth or email login) and accept liability for all activities executed under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or abusive information.
5. Services, Pricing & Payments
Jeevanrashi provides both complimentary free-tier features and paid premium products:
Free Tier Features
Basic Kundli chart preview, Lagna & Rashi identification, daily Panchang, and a limited quota of AI Astrologer chat messages.
Paid Premium Offerings
Exhaustive PDF Kundli dossiers, Dosha & Dasha breakdown reports, deep Guna Milan compatibility assessments, and extended reading credit packs.
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or applicable international currencies and are inclusive of statutory taxes (GST/IGST) where mandated. Payments are processed securely via certified third-party payment aggregators including Razorpay and Stripe (supporting UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards). Jeevanrashi never stores raw payment card numbers or CVVs on its servers.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our platform delivers customized, personalized digital products generated on demand, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
Digital PDF Reports & Instant Downloads
Due to the irrevocable and instant delivery nature of personalized digital astrological calculations, PDF report purchases are non-refundable once generated and made available for download, unless a technical platform defect prevents report delivery.
Platform Technical Failure
In the event of a verified double deduction or a system crash on Jeevanrashi's servers causing failure to render an unlocked report or reading session, a 100% refund or service re-credit will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
User Input Errors & Connection Failures
Jeevanrashi is not liable for incorrect readings resulting from inaccurate birth times, dates, or cities entered by the user. User-side internet connectivity disruptions during interactive sessions are not eligible for monetary refunds.
7. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Scraping
All software, proprietary astrological computation engines, algorithms, visual chart renderings, SVG assets, graphic motifs, branding, UI elements, and editorial articles on Jeevanrashi are the exclusive intellectual property of Jeevanrashi and its licensors.
Limited Personal License: You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform and download your individual paid Kundli reports strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
Strict Scraping Prohibition: You must not systematically scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, mirror, or extract text, planetary algorithms, or data from Jeevanrashi for any commercial archive or for training artificial intelligence / machine learning models without express written permission.
8. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Submit abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or unlawful queries through the AI Astrologer chat.
- Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or exploiting AI system boundaries.
- Interfere with server infrastructure, introduce viruses, bots, or overwhelm API endpoints via DDoS or rate-limit circumvention.
- Impersonate any individual or misrepresent authorization regarding another individual's birth data without their consent.
9. Electronic Communications & Consent
By registering an account, initiating an order, or submitting your contact details, you expressly consent to receive communications from Jeevanrashi via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications:
- Essential Service Communications: Critical security alerts, login authentication OTPs, order confirmations, invoice receipts, and report download links are mandatory for platform operation and cannot be disabled.
- Promotional Communications: Periodic astrological transit newsletters, festival Panchang alerts, or promotional discounts are optional. You may opt out anytime via the “Unsubscribe” link in emails or by messaging STOP where supported.
10. Data Privacy & Birth Details Security
We recognize that your birth time, birth coordinates, and personal queries are deeply sensitive. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act):
- Personal birth records and chat sessions are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal birth data or conversation logs to external commercial data brokers.
- You retain the right to request the permanent deletion of your profile, saved charts, and chat history at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Jeevanrashi, its founders, operators, developers, and astrologers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from reliance on astrological predictions, emotional responses, or financial decisions made based on reports or AI advice.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Jeevanrashi for the specific service in dispute during the previous one (1) month.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeevanrashi, its directors, and affiliates from any third-party claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before a sole arbitrator appointed mutually. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi / Gurugram, India, and the language of proceedings shall be English. The competent civil courts of New Delhi / Gurugram, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Jeevanrashi following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such revisions.
